Steven is a Billings native, attending Brigham Young University for his undergraduate degree and further receiving his juris doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago. Prior to joining Tolliver Law Firm, P.C., Steven worked extensively with Dean Michael J. Kaufman editing and researching multiple texts including Illinois Practice Series: Civil Trial Procedure; Depositions: Procedure, Strategy & Technique; and Learning Civil Procedure. Further, Steven worked under the Chief Medical Prosecutor and later as a Judicial Clerk at the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Steven’s area of expertise span civil and criminal areas, including family law, personal injury, corporate law, contract law, minor criminal charges, and moving violations.
